Return & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped or produced. If your cancellation is successful, you will receive a full refund. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Returns
We gladly accept returns for most products. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

It must be in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please contact our customer service team to confirm the correct return address before sending your item.
Please note:

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for the standard 14-day return.

If the return is due to your choice, you are responsible for return shipping costs, based on the carrier you select.

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we cover all shipping costs.

There are no restocking fees for returned products.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card company—it may take some time for the refund to post.
